The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens across India to share their constructive suggestions and innovative ideas through the initiative "Have an Idea? Share it with ICAI".
This initiative provides a platform for citizens, professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders to contribute their valuable ideas for strengthening the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Chartered Accountancy profession, and India's financial and economic ecosystem.
Participants are encouraged to submit their suggestions on areas such as strengthening the Chartered Accountancy profession, promoting economic development, enhancing transparency and good governance, leveraging technology and innovation, improving financial literacy, supporting entrepreneurship, and contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
The objective of this initiative is to encourage meaningful public participation and harness diverse perspectives to help build a stronger, more transparent, innovative, and future-ready Chartered Accountancy profession while contributing to an inclusive, resilient, and sustainable financial ecosystem for the nation.

Thanks to the institute of chatered accountants of India, for mentoring many great minds who are working in india and abroad for many multinational companies and international monetary funds. But I think time has come with digitalisation and Ai that this prroffession should be more open and should have other courses for the general students who can persue the beginner courses and later on can absorb themselves into the main course. Not only students many government executives deal with financial aspect of many government programmes without the knowldge of accoutancy and depending on the financial accountants who at many times are not atall involved in the project so training can be imparted to government executives also so that the executive can know the financial outcome . It is not that where big money is involved in crores ,only there will be requirment of accountancy ,but every penny counts in building the nation so if a project is in lakhs knowledge on accountancy must be imparted

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Sir, I respectfully submit a citizen-led concept titled “India – World’s Safest Security Ecosystem” for consideration. The concept explores a high-level framework for preventive public safety, early warning, cybersecurity, responsible use of Artificial Intelligence and data analytics, emergency preparedness, citizen safety, institutional coordination and strong legal, privacy and human-oversight safeguards. My intention is not to replace, bypass or interfere with any existing Government, Police, Defence or Security institution. I seek only appropriate expert and governmental evaluation and guidance for further development of this concept. A similar concept has also been submitted to the Government of Maharashtra for consideration. The detailed concept proposal is attached as a PDF. I would be grateful if it could be referred to the appropriate competent authority for review and guidance. Thank you for your consideration.

विषय: प्रत्येक कर्मचारी के लिए अनिवार्य “National Employee ID” एवं राष्ट्रीय रोजगार रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रणाली लागू करने के संबंध में सुझाव
महोदया,
मैं भारत में रोजगार, आयकर अनुपालन और व्यवसायों में पारदर्शिता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से एक नीति-सुझाव प्रस्तुत करना चाहता हूँ।
देश में बड़ी संख्या में कंपनियां एवं व्यवसाय अपने कर्मचारियों को salary देते हैं। दूसरी ओर, कुछ मामलों में ऐसे कर्मचारियों के नाम पर salary expense दिखाए जाने की संभावना रहती है जो वास्तव में उस व्यवसाय में कार्यरत नहीं हैं। इससे सरकारी राजस्व और रोजगार के वास्तविक आंकड़ों पर असर पड़ सकता है।
इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए प्रत्येक वास्तविक कर्मचारी को एक “National Employee ID” दिए जाने की व्यवस्था लागू की जा सकती है।
1. National Employee ID
सरकार प्रत्येक कर्मचारी को एक Unique Employee ID प्रदान करे।
कंपनी या व्यवसाय जब किसी व्यक्ति को नौकरी पर रखे तो:
- Employee ID दर्ज करे।
- Joining Date दर्ज करे।
- Salary/Salary Range दर्ज करे।
- Employer का
- नौकरी समाप्त होने पर Exit

Hello PM sir,
This is Harshil. I am writing you about the food safety standard in India. A person who earns hard his/her first need is food. A middle class person who once a while takes whole family out for dinner does is good that person also think whether the place he is going is good and hygienic. That question always comes in mind. For this i have a suggestion that a separate department needed to be formed under central government which holds the authority of giving hygiene rating to restaurants,stalls and street food vendor about how much the hygiene the place starting for 1to10. Also this department should be deploy in each and every place of country like police. Where department work like i goes at the place a surprise visit a sudden inspection should take place how they are cooking what is the condition of preparation area, storage area and dishwashing area. This sir really need to look into this. I want my country to be the cleanest and most hygiene in world.

मैं आपका ध्यान एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण और गंभीर विषय, जल संरक्षण की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ। आज भी हमारे देश में कई जगहों पर लोग रात-रात भर पानी की मोटर चालू छोड़ देते हैं, जिससे ओवरफ्लो होकर हजारों लीटर साफ पानी रोजाना बर्बाद हो जाता है।
इस गंभीर समस्या के समाधान के लिए मेरा आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है कि आप इस दिशा में कुछ कड़े कदम उठाएं। मेरा पहला सुझाव यह है कि सभी पानी की टंकियों में वाटर ओवरफ्लो अलार्म लगाना अनिवार्य किया जाए, ताकि पानी बहने से पहले लोगों को अलर्ट मिल सके। इसके अलावा, जल की बर्बादी रोकने के लिए एक राष्ट्रव्यापी जागरूकता अभियान भी चलाया जाना चाहिए, ताकि हर नागरिक पानी के महत्व को समझे और जिम्मेदारी से इसका उपयोग करे।
मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि आपके मार्गदर्शन में इस समस्या का उचित समाधान निकलेगा और देश में जल संरक्षण को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

सोशल मीडिया पर आज पहचान का पैमाना सिर्फ Followers, Views और Likes बन चुका है। लेकिन बुनियादी सवाल यह है— क्या Popularity = Truth? बिल्कुल नहीं। सनसनीखेज और भ्रामक कंटेंट अक्सर गंभीर शोध से ज्यादा वायरल हो जाता है। इसलिए अब Followers के साथ Content Credibility मापने के लिए 5-Star Quality Rating System समय की मांग है।
इसके लिए एक स्वतंत्र व गैर-राजनीतिक नियामक बने, जो विचारधारा नहीं बल्कि 100-अंकों के पारदर्शी सिस्टम पर कंटेंट परखे:
* तथ्य व स्रोत (Facts & Sources)
* संदर्भ व संतुलन (Context & Balance)
* सुधार नीति (Correction Policy)
* भ्रामक व हिंसक सामग्री पर रोक
Rating ≠ Censorship: कम रेटिंग का मतलब चैनल बैन करना नहीं, बल्कि जनता को सचेत करना है। निष्पक्ष तथ्यों के साथ की गई आलोचना पर रेटिंग न घटे।
इससे सोशल मीडिया की प्रतिस्पर्धा 'Viral' से हटकर 'Credible' की ओर मुड़ेगी। छोटे लेकिन गंभीर क्रिएटर्स को पहचान मिलेगी और फेक न्यूज का प्रभाव घटेगा।
फॉलोअर्स केवल लोकप्रियता बताते हैं, जबकि स्टार्स विश्वसनीयता तय करेंगे।
