The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens across India to share their constructive suggestions and innovative ideas through the initiative "Have an Idea? Share it with ICAI".

This initiative provides a platform for citizens, professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders to contribute their valuable ideas for strengthening the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Chartered Accountancy profession, and India's financial and economic ecosystem.

Participants are encouraged to submit their suggestions on areas such as strengthening the Chartered Accountancy profession, promoting economic development, enhancing transparency and good governance, leveraging technology and innovation, improving financial literacy, supporting entrepreneurship, and contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

The objective of this initiative is to encourage meaningful public participation and harness diverse perspectives to help build a stronger, more transparent, innovative, and future-ready Chartered Accountancy profession while contributing to an inclusive, resilient, and sustainable financial ecosystem for the nation.

विषय : राष्ट्र में जान आबादी के बढ़ोतरी के साथ उनके लिए सुविधाएं और पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा मैं अंशिका सिंह कक्षा 6 की एक छात्रा हूं मैं बिहार के जिले गया जी से आती हूं मैंने देखा कि यहां पर ऐसी और फ्रिज आम आदमी की एक जरूरत बन गया है और लगभग 80% लोगों के पास यह यंत्र है और भारत में आबादी बढ़ने के कारण लोग पेड़ों को अपने सुविधा के अनुसार काट रहे हैं तो मैंने इन्हें थोड़ा अद्यतन करके, इसे एक क्लोरोफ्लोरोकार्बन नामक एक गैस (जो कि हमारे समताप मंडल के लिए बहुत नुकसानदायक है) को इन यंत्रों से अलग कर इनमें शैवाल बायो रिएक्टर का उपयोग किया जा सकता है जो पेड़ों की तरह काम कर सकता है इसके निश्चित समय के आधे वक्त वह कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड से ऑक्सीजन में बदलेगा फिर ऑक्सीजन लगा और कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड में बदलेगा और तो और यह सोलर से चलेगा इससे पर्यावरण संतुलन भी रहेगा और लोगों को सुविधा भी मिलेगा और आर्थिक स्थिति में परिवर्तन कर सकता है मैं चाहती हूं कि भारत इस प्रकार के यंत्रों का उपयोग करें नाम: अंशिका सिंह, उम्र:12 वर्ष पिता: रजनीश कांत पता: इमामगंज, गयाजी, बिहार 6202889020

“CA Connect – One Digital Financial Help Platform” विचार: ICAI एक ऐसा डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म/मोबाइल ऐप विकसित करे जहाँ आम नागरिक, विद्यार्थी, छोटे व्यापारी और नए उद्यमी वित्तीय एवं टैक्स से जुड़ी शुरुआती जानकारी सरल भाषा में प्राप्त कर सकें। हिंदी सहित भारतीय भाषाओं में आसान वित्तीय जानकारी। GST, ITR, TDS और Accounting की step-by-step जानकारी। AI आधारित “Ask a CA” हेल्प फीचर, जो सामान्य सवालों का सरल जवाब दे। विद्यार्थियों के लिए ICAI-certified free financial literacy courses। सुरक्षित और privacy-focused document checklist, ताकि नागरिक समझ सकें कि कौन-सा दस्तावेज़ कहाँ जरूरी है। इसका फायदा: इससे वित्तीय साक्षरता बढ़ेगी, छोटे व्यवसायों को compliance समझने में मदद मिलेगी और CA profession की reach देश के दूर-दराज़ क्षेत्रों तक बढ़ सकती है।

Swach bharat.clean city with spotless Sanitation facilities. To build a vikasit bharat we should set examples to the world on cleanliness and civic sense of citizens. Govt authorities cannot do this alone. Take a city, say New Delhi..Aim to have cleanest toilets in public places, hotels, restaurants and malls. Run a campaign where you incentivise private businesses as well as govt. authorities to ensure toilets across the public places are clean, spotless, fresh always 24x7. Introduce Awards, discounts in muncipality fees etc to best 10-5 participnt outlets, entities. Set up guidlines,inspections and quality check. This will help to enhance the image of city to visitors, foriegners, tourists etc. I have seen similar thing in Thailand, impressed. This can be started in city atleast in a smaller area and expand across cities in India.Another major thing is to instill civic sense to our kids from school. We can learn from Japanese schools where as part of curriculum its starts from 7yrs

Sir in rural area the bank opening time should be lowered,and in urban areas it should be higher,as farmers and customer can use the timing as per their routine and in urban areas there is night life and everything open late so it can be convenient for the urban business also,and it will help economy without extra working hours

Under the new Income tax regime, why are not contributions to Chief Minister's Relief Fund under 80G exempt from Income tax? For example, Chief Minister's Relief Fund of Assam and HP for the recent horrendous floods in Assam and HP? Doesn't make sense to me: Income tax goes to Central Govt from where the govt allots flood alleviation relief to Assam and HP(if at all). And here I'm directly making donations to the epicentre: it is about one govt agency over another. Under the new regime, if you donate ₹10,000 to the Assam CM's Relief Fund, the tax system treats that as your voluntary charitable decision rather than something that merits a tax concession. It would be instructive to know how much more/less has flown into CM's Relief fund (a representative case, say) after the new tax regime has come into force. Suggestion is that contributions to funds that are cater for natural calamities, like the Chief Minister's Relief Fund, should be exempt under 80G even for the new tax regime.

The Chartered Accountant of 2047 should be more than a custodian of financial records. The CA can become a trusted navigator of India's digital, entrepreneurial and sustainable economy. ICAI has an opportunity to bring together three powerful forces: professional trust, technological intelligence and public participation. The goal should be to build a profession that is technologically advanced without losing its ethical foundation, innovative without compromising independence, and globally competitive while remaining deeply connected to India's economic and social needs. If accounting tells us where we have been, financial intelligence helps us decide where we should go. By empowering every CA with technology, every MSME with better financial intelligence and every citizen with greater financial awareness, ICAI can make a meaningful contribution to the journey towards Viksit Bharat @2047.

i will appeal to do art of living in all institutions ,schools, colleges etc . scholars are train mindset policy.it is very important to all. they should be disciplined, well behaved and punctuals in life. they avoid negativity in life. learn indian morals and values .they should follow sanskaar. they use green and clean internet technology. busy in workshops ,sports, knowledge learners .they did not distract wrong things in career building age. there should one single new online portal where all field scholars are connected to do there academic work .example- study, research work, e-library ,career counselling, startups& innovations ,policy making ,skills learning, academic revision ,etc.my idea is very impactful if it is considered properly .students are well connected to education system.there should be task alloted to them in team by there seniors and they are busy in academics.it would help them alot.they just know the value of life.i can add on it later if my advice is followed

As we know birds are very important for upcoming generation . Birds and not getting enough food and water for their survival so I created for machine called bird station where automatically a bird essence and food is given to the bird and after some minute it is closed in water is also provided. And for addition we can add app to it and control the food machine of bird
