Dear ICAI , why limiting article ship scope to mere practicing CAs or CA firms, extend your wings to give the aspiring CAs as me, an opportunity to work in the CBDT & CBIC as article students to get real time and more practical and meaningful work exposure in field of taxation. Kindly consider this idea , and work with the government on it. It is really important because, it shapes the budding CAs to move towards tax planning more efficiently rather tax evasion techniques . The other is that, a normal tax practitioner who came through a basic degree route can also learn the taxation work in a CA firm. So it is very reasonable to expect, from one of the world's largest accounting bodies to tie up with the Ministry of Finance to work as article students in CBDT & CBIC to get quality , more real and more practical work exposure.

IDEA: CA SETU -AN AI + HUMAN BRIDGE CONNECTING CITIZENS TO VARIFIED CHARTED ACCOUNTANT Millions of citizens and MSMEs, especially outside metro cities, struggle to find a trustworthy, fairly-priced Chartered Accountant and often miss compliance deadlines due to low financial literacy. I propose CA SETU, a single ICAI-backed platform combining: (1) an AI assistant in regional languages that answers basic tax/GST/compliance questions and explains schemes like Udyam and Startup India, (2) a verified-CA matching engine linked to UDIN records so users can find genuine professionals nearby at transparent fees, and (3) a blockchain-anchored compliance ledger that ties every certificate to its signing CA, curbing UDIN misuse and fraud. This would strengthen public trust in the profession, widen its reach into underserved regions, and give ICAI real-time data on where CAs are most needed — directly supporting transparency, financial literacy, and the Viksit Bharat @2047 vision.

A nation does not become developed merely by increasing its wealth, it becomes truly prosperous when its institutions earn the trust of its people. Financial transparency and good governance are the twin pillars of that trust, ensuring that every public resource is managed with integrity, accountability, and fairness. As India moves towards the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, these principles are not just administrative ideals but the moral foundation of sustainable development, inclusive growth, and public confidence.

A government-backed AI model to help citizens in paying taxes, bills, to understand government schemes easily, budget, bonds, MSME support, etc. This platform could be available on mobile app and website. For eg, the new app called "112" was made to create a safe environment towards citizens. The same way India can create its own AI model based completely in India without relying on other AI's like ChatGPT, Gemini, Deepseek, Grok, Perplexity, Meta, Claude and the list goes on! Thank you!

The Chartered Accountancy course is one of the most challenging and prestigious academic programs in the country, entailing significant responsibilities. The services of Chartered Accountants are essential to both the government and taxpayers. It is my request that the Chartered Accountancy course be offered in all recognized languages. The power of education in one's mother tongue is immense; at the very least, opportunities should be provided to study and take examinations in recognized Indian languages up to the Foundation and Intermediate levels. There is a high demand for Chartered Accountants both domestically and internationally, and a large number of professionals are required. There are ample opportunities to acquire proficiency in professional English and other international languages through work experience before completing the final stage of training. Language should not act as a barrier to entering the Chartered Accountancy profession.

The "Future-Ready CA & Viksit Bharat @2047" proposal aims to transform the profession into a tech-driven advisory force. As India targets a $30+ trillion economy, traditional methods must evolve. Key strategies include:AI-Driven Compliance: Implement "Predictive Tax Compliance" models using ICAI-backed AI to provide real-time health checks for MSMEs and reduce litigation. ESG Framework: Develop a standardized Indian ESG rating system to attract global green capital. CA-in-Residence: Embed CAs in incubation hubs to provide financial mentorship to startups. Digital Forensics: Establish a specialized certification to combat cyber-financial fraud. Implementation follows a phased approach: piloting digital sandboxes, integrating advanced data analytics (Python/Power BI) into the curriculum, and moving toward full-scale automated regulation. These steps will ensure a transparent and resilient financial ecosystem.
