...continued from the last comment) but students wait in the classrooms. And even if they do they really cannot teach something out of the box. Teachers should be such that they can teach even without a book. I mean why need a book when you are 'supposed' to have soo much knowlegde. Its not their fault alone, as the selection process has been made soo easy that anybody gets selected or qualified to become a teacher. There is a sincere request to the Government to change this policy.

Today there is a dire need to make quality teachers. Having passed from my college just a few months back, we come torealise that people are becoming teachers just because they have got no other job. The process of selecting should be made more stringent, putting emphasis not on marks amd their grade rather how practically they can imbibe knowledge in their students. The scenario in todays schools and colleges has worsened to such an extent that teachers dont turn up for their lectures(continued

An eduction system should be transparent & corruption free. It must not be treated as business but the purpose of eduction system should be limited to the eduction only.

The base for developing the best teacher features back to the initial stage of recruitment. First phase is recruiting teacher with good educational background(exclude teachers who possess degree through open university). Secondly, for minimum one year the selected teacher should be appointed as a trainee teacher, should also be trained how to deploy INNOVATIVE TECHNIQUES and SKILLS. Thirdly, based on the performance at the training period the teacher can be appointed as a full fledged faculty.

c) Teachers should also be given training on classroom modifications to accommodate the students. d) Teachers should be trained for all education policies before the policies come into effect. Currently it is the other way round.

The mainstream teachers need to be sensitized on the need to look after the weaker students. Awareness about the hidden disabilities i.e, Learning Disability and attention deficit hyperactive disorders (ADHD) is a very important factor. Identify children with LD & ADHD using red flags is very important. a) Schools should spare atleast 5 days of a year to train teachers about LD & ADHD. b) Masters trainers should be developed to train the teachers regularly

Teaching ke ways bhi badalne honge... we should need to search and deploy those people who actullay know how to deliver knowledge to others effectively. Not only in villages but in cities as well. Few Points on these: 1) Teachers evaluation needs to be include on yearly basis for their performance. 2) Tarditional Teaching methods needs to be modified. 3) Psychological interview needs to be include in teachers recruitment. 4) Particular training session for teachers needs to be deployed.

Teachers ki recuirtment sirf knowledge ya teaching exams clear kr lene ke base pe nhi hona chahiye, there should be psychological round for them, I am saying this because agar aap gaon ke schools me jake dekhe to aisi feeling aati hai ki teachers sirf apna time pura krne aate hain, students ko koi topic smajh me aa rha hai ya nhi isme unko ko interest nhi hai. Education is the most important part for developing India. Schools bna dene se ya yojna bna dene se kuch nhi hoga.

Need to undertand: "Koi gana ya kisi movie ka dialog jyada dino ya saalo tk kaise yaad rehta hai jbki syllabus ki cheezein kuch time ke liye", This is because of human nature and way of expression. Also proved by Psychological experts. Kisi bhi cheez ko yaad rakhne and samajhne ke liye human mind alag alag tarike use krta hai, isiliye students dekh ke ya koi figure ko samjh ke koi sun ke cheezo ko yaad ya smajh lete hain. This is basic fundamental which every teacher should know.
