Telling about a topic in a class is not sufficient. It should be in a way that every student in the class able to understand. "Padhne se pehle baccho ke mn me us topic ko ya us lession ko janne ya samjhne ka mn kre". There are several ways of teaching. Some students able to understand while listing in class, some of them able to catch the topic while watching the expression or any diagram related to the topic. Smart clases are one of the example in this case which actually helps.

Recruitment for teaching it should be based on Knowledge with expression. "Kisi IAS officer ko bola jaye ki 5th class ke baccho ko padaye, 90% chances hogi ki wo required tarike se knowledge ko deliver nhi kr payega". He/she might have full knowledge about that topic. So importance is how actually you deliver the knowledge, How you motivate the childrens about thier studies, how you effectively able to understand and work according to children's stemina.

1शिक्षकों को पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता दी जाए। अर्थात उन्हें मूल्यांकन, शिक्षण विधि, क्रियाकलाप इत्यादि अपनाने हेतु आजादी मिले। 2.गैर शिक्षकीय कार्यो जैसे राशन कार्ड, सर्वे, मध्यान्ह भोजन इत्यादि में उनसे काम न लिया जाए।अनेक नियमों में भी यही कहा गया है लेकिन इसका पालन कभी नहीं हुआ। 3.टेबल वर्क शून्य किया जाए। शिक्षक डायरी और बार बार की जानकारियों से मुक्त किया जाए। 4.पुरे देश के शिक्षकों के लिए एक समान वेतन हो तथा समय पर प्राप्त हो। 5.शिक्षकों को पढ़ने हेतु प्रेरित किया जाए। 6.प्रशिक्षण विषयवार हो।

A regular "knowledge checkup" of teachers should be held to keep a touch on their teaching and initiating skills by govt.

As per my opinion the whole globe is turning modern so I.C.T.and I.T. training should be given to all the teachers to enhance their teaching skills.

The teacher trainings should be compulsory to all the teachers.

From my point of view the gov. should start Indian education services at central level and P.E.S. at state level.

if salary of teacher is providing by state government or central government. then recruitment process must be proceed by government recruitment board only, it should not through any other NGO. contractual recruitment must be avoided. all the teacher's attendance must be computerized.

we get best teacher when change in policy of recruitment of teacher. i saw big corruption in recruitment of teacher post specially in maharashtra
