Sir,
India has large population therefor obtaining speed and control traffic for tle communication and Internet with high speed. Restriction of users mandatory If one person caring more then connection 3-5 then it will cause the problem.
So based on one dhar number two connection only allowed and one india one rate no roaming inside the country must be applied for smooth and best regulation of telecom traffic control.
Data used per day be restricted or additional uses charges implemented

the call rate by different agencies are different it should be uniform rested may be whatsoever the time limitation for a recharge should be unlimited a person recharge of 100rupes must go on untill it is exhausted
the dish companies should be ordered to use a meter for usage of amount of recharge there also no limitation should b granted

Recharge is the biggest problem as india tops in most expensive recharge so recharge rate should be down and the person who is not economically good and their work goes through mobile have to pay a long and expensive bill
