Request for new connections are done with ease; but disconnection of connections are difficult. E-Discontiuation requests must be done within 24 hours.

Mobile:Lower middle class people were using non-plan Talk-time; now telecom companies discourage such top-ups and some companies have only Service Plans for 24, 28, 56 ...days. Please restore such talk-time recharges by all telecom companies. Meaning of mobile phone itself has become false as inside buildings most of the mobile phones are not working.
Set-top Box: Several viewers were using only 2 or 3 channels and paying around Rs.100. Now the minimum base rate itself is high.

Sir
Because of unlimited calls for nominal charges, phones get engaged often and precious time is wasted in chitchatting.
Please introduced a scheme after 15 minutes nominal tariff should be levied for each call. This may improved performance and companies to get benefited

Please encourage pay per use at a reasonable rate instead of keeping this rate very high so that most of the subscriptions are on unlimited use basis. If there is to be a minimum per month rate for usage, it will have to be at not more than Rs 30 per month with free incoming call & SMS
