The new Kapileshwar Lake could be used for multiple purposes like swimming (not for learners), boating for kids, Ganesh visarjan. A stage should be built on one side of the tank where the musical/dance/cultural programs, private functions etc. could be organised.

An indoor stadium should be constructed on the site of Kalamandir. This stadium should be like Tal-katora indoor stadium (Delhi) or Kanteerava indoor stadium (Bangaluru) which are used for multiple purposes.

All libraries in city should be computerized and connected to a centralized network. The City central library (all branches), Sarvajanik vachanalay, Saraswati vachanalay (Shahapur), all Medical/Engg/Ayurvedic/Degree/Homeopathy/Nursing/Dental etc colleges should be connected to the network.
Example: The Leeds city council in the city of Leeds in UK has a centralized library system which connects all government libraries in and around the city.

Extract water from AWG. atmospheric water generator (AWG), is a device that extracts water from humid ambient air. Water vapor in the air is condensed by cooling the air below its dew point, exposing the air to desiccants, or pressurizing the air. Unlike a dehumidifier, an AWG is designed to render the water potable. AWGs are useful where pure drinking water is difficult or impossible to obtain, because there is almost always a small amount of water in the air that can be extracted.
