To enhance the natural ground water resource rain harvesting should be made compulsory for high rise buildings.
it is moderately industrialized and creating pollution. high tech solutions should be found out to deal with this problem.
to make hassle free traffic movement over and under railway bridges are to be built.
city needs a outer ring road to connect goa which will avoid road accidents happening every other day.

As you Belagavi is old city it was built by the British people. It needs to have a high tech drainage system so that it can maintain its natural beauty.

Main problem is the rail crossing.It should be dealt first.

1)pollution free
2)cleanliness 3)good roads
4)good water supply
5)Better Electricity supply
6) a robust/timely/affordable public transport system
7)good infrastructure bus stand with all facilities
8)need parking facility in the main heart of city which lacks
9)traffic control
10)garbage free area

Belagavi city is having historical background. This city is worstly known for bad road conditions it should be improved first also basic needs like water, garbage free area ,electricity etc... Most importantly providing facilities for industries for establish their projects here with that this city will commercially develop. Also beautification of this city. Also all government office should be improved may be established at one roof like MS building at Bangaluru. And these office digitalised...
