Energy cannot be created nor destroyed. It can only be changed from one form to another. Government should set up SMART Goals for its citizen to remove their dependence on dirty energy and move towards natural sources of energy. The SMART Goals may differ from place to place depending on the geography, topography and lifecycle pattern of the inhabitants. States, Municipal Corp & Panchayats may be encouraged and rewarded for goal achievement and periodic review of goals.

I have an idea that can make some difference in electricity,it is I heard a news about human waste being converted to produce current , so the government can provide some supsitys to those who are interested in this, by which everyone could produce some current for themselves, the result will be that we can save some energy & also the government should conduct energy awareness programs more interestingly , & can communicate with them through mass media, & also facebook,twitter..

People normally don't understand the process involved in bringing energy to them.We can show the damage done to environment ,deforestation ,large scale relocation in bringing a big dam to bring electricity to them, show them the recent man made disaster like uttarakhand which took place in this attempt to bring power,The pollution caused by vehicle exhausts and the related adverse effects on climate like global warming, depleting glaciars, drought, rising sea.Just educate them the associated risks.

Freinds, winters have arrived. And using heaters and blowers have become to common scene. We need to understand the fact that heating devices burns most amount of energy than any household device In general case: 1CFL consumes 15watts 1heater consumes 2000 watts So we should avoid product of luxuries, specially I appeal to youth that they have hot blood flowing in them and heaters are just spoiling there natural immunity. So this winters try to avoid it and contribute your bit
