Shut down computer when taking break. Using public transport instead of car when travelling alone. Walking to nearby shops, avoiding two wheelers. Buy provisions for month after planning. Curtails too many visits to shops. Don't use cooked food out of Fridge. Cook only necessary amount. So no need to use fridge, and it is healthy to take fresh cooked meal.
