I work to save Parshuram kund, near to my native place, which is now polluted by waste of factory/ local resident.I suggest the local leader to please divert the route of the NALA so that we can free the Parshuram Kund from waste, which has ample water resource.

We've been trying to plant saplings in our area(nanganallur, chenai) unfortunately we have too many rules from local corporation/Councillor.We are ready to invest on the saplings but the respective ppl (school authorities/political parties) are making it as commercial by demanding money on cages, approvals, maintenance.maintenance this kind of attitude with political people we cannot make India the green place.Hoping Modi government take this issue seriously. Also we are trying our best.

I know many solutions came forward. But Nothing is happening at a rate which is less than the rate at which pollution is spreading. We need some strict steps to be inculcated in our system . I have a solution for this. Lets make a law which will enforce every house hold to have some numbers of trees and plants to planted near their premises. And it is to be inspected by MCD inspector of that area ever month. If anyone found not following the law should be fined Rs. 100.

I request each one of you to plant only native trees of India and avoid planting exotic trees like Gulmohur and champa which have no value for birds, bees and wiildlife!
