MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only. There are three phases in the contest: o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST. #Information (1) Let person to initiate complaint if any Govt. official/Broker demands for a bribe. The identity of the person has to be kept fully confidential. (2) Status of any such complaint has to be informed to such person on a weekly basis, until complaint is closed professionally. #Interaction (3) Keep track of "Non-responses" by Helplines meant for Women, Children & Old aged. Usually such helplines are not answered, when really in problem.

#to_avoid_decision_delay An app that contains automation system from where P.M. have an eye over all the security issues over the country. Chief of all the sectors can directly contact with him and P.M. is then able to command them through it and necessary steps can be taken quickly to resolve the problems. स्वराज, the #idea for the #app - This will be an #information driven #self-management system for #localized communities. The focus of the app will be to provide specific metrics by which the condition of a locality may be judged. Some of these would include - time taken for roads to be repaired, number/location of unofficial garbage dumps, sanitation hot-spots, criminal activity of the neighborhood, availability of playgrounds/parks, road safety, traffic encroachment, rickshaw behavior etc.

The mobile Apps should have following functionality: 1.Information about Human right violation/women safety/atrocities on underpriviledged people 2.weather forcasting,timely availability of seeds/fertilizers/pesticides 3.Ontime information about soil testing laboratory/agriculture statistics 4.information about administrative officers/departmental officers 5.information about flood relief program/medical relief program 6.information about universities/educational institutes/school board
