MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only. There are three phases in the contest: o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST. #As it is at highest level , there should be a section of monitoring the grievances processes failings or websites not working as it usually happens and rectifying it or finding the reason why the website failed/not rectified with in a fixed time say 12 hours. Another section to see the knowledgeable persons harms/corrupt the system taking advantage of unaware d persons/limitations of systems say limitations of court is to give dates and dates unnecessarily sometimes & rectify if posible

#PMOMobileApp Should have the effective #PublicGrievanceRedressalSystem. Complaints Should first Register Himself on the Mobile App with all his Details.This App Should be interconnected with all MPs,MLAs,CM Secerarary & also to all Ministries . When a Person register any Complain his Complain Should be immediately forwarded to His MP,MLA,CM & Ministry Concerned. The Complaint should get Complain Reference No, so that he get status of his Complain by Tracking Feature.

One basic thing the App should provide is an emergency click button, by which the cellphone from which it has been clicked can be tracked(#Broadcast) and the nearest Police station should get its gps location. the Police should make a call(#interaction) on that no and if the call is not answered, a team should be sent on the tracked #information. Bugs: 1.Miscreants 2.GPS locking A warning should be generated when the app is first installed regarding this and miscreant shall be fined aptly.

Photos are powerful than words. If something in your society concerns you. Click a pictures and share it. It is similar to imgur for social good. when it gets voted to the top. The necessary government bodies will be notified and they would connect with the society to address the issue. #interaction

Mir Gulzar PMO's app should be innovative.It should define the proposed programmes and policies of the govt.Most importantly it should be at easy access to the user.

The below genuine consumer issue can be served throu Mobile App. 1. All Insurance companies should provid local contact numbers in their working websites and also with IRDA website. 2. For vested policies, the Insurance company personal should visit the Policy Holders and provide all the assistance instead of asking them to locate their offices without phone or mobile contacts.3. There should be SLA for Insurance Companies to reach out to Policy Holder.

#information The PM's user interface will show all the states and in each individual state he can see the constituencies and the problems faced by the people in that respective constituency. #Broadcast Every citizen has a right to report their problem and the problems citied by most people are listed out to 10-15 by the process of machine learning by a group of people appointed by the govt for this process.#Interaction A group is formed by the PM to solve these problems,an indirect interaction.

Crowd source the need of the hour; based on the votes it gets the issues should be taken and acted upon. Votes ensures serious issues would go higher up; Have a map inteface that shows heat map of the current issue. Those issues should be taken by the PMO to resolve and update the subscribes of the issue/cause. #interaction

#Interaction: Suggestion Box app,any individual can drop a suggestion for a problem. Everyone can look at the suggestion and provide a feasible implementation plan. Everyone can contribute and PMO team can extend their support. Even if there are million suggestion the Suggestion Box app will segregate and will be smart enough to guide the stakeholders that there is similar issue raise and suggestion automated solution from the history present in box. Its a smart box with a automatedhelping hand.

PMO's app should have information about department or sections of PMO. A dropdown menu of all sections and downloadable information.Like Agriculture section should have information about availability of seeds , market rates , weather report , upcoming or current policies , subsidies , Like this every departments information .
