Mobile revolution occur in india now but we can't confirmly say that every person have android or windows or any other phone.so accordind me app should access by Android phone as well as other normal phone via sms and app have option of cluster means it create a group of particular state.and app become user friendly for so everyone can access easily and every person have equal chance to represent his thought.

The application should have the facility to report any corruption at any government office. The user should be able to choose the government office according to the location and should be able to register his misdeeds.An option could also be provided to upload any such activities going on in the office. The application should be linked with ADHAAR card so as to specifically identify the user and his views. This could also be useful in collecting the data about the various users views.

First thing to take note of would be that to clutter this app with various feeds, tasks would spoil the purpose of ease of its use. Hence i suggest a time based/Location based App which would essentially bring to the office's kind notice all the things which needs to be taken care of depending on the location and time of the day.
