#Interaction 1) A scheme should be given where various stakeholders viz., common public, corporate, government employees can submit complain and there should be specific channel to escalate the issue to various levels/departments. Stakeholder should be able to track the same as well. 2) Stakeholder should be able to submit suggestions/ideas as well.

App should be the #interaction between the PM of India with the Citizens of India. So that app must be a social App like Facebook, What’s app etc. It contains the social features to #interact with the people.

Providing visibility allows the government to earn trust of its citizens. It can be used for crowdsourcing areas of improvements like potholes, cleanliness, etc.
