In India now there are lots of people working in marketing and sales professional like in medical sales representative etc. job. But there are lots of in people this professional after not getting job in others sector and more of them are maximum Graduated. But I think MARKETING AND SALES is now a days a very important sector. So by creating Skill development in this sector we can help them and also to other to get job in this sector. Government also should give help in this sector.

Schools are very important for a child but in our country there is a problem the private schools are giving not only quality education but also developing skills by co curricular activities but it is total opposite in municipality or government schools . I KNOW its difficult but we can do it. In such schools can't co curricular activities like singing ,sports etc be held . There can be competition for all these things maybe there we get a proper hand for India's future.

The current focus of skill development has shifted to the learner and his/her needs and expectations from vocational education and training (VET). To empower the working population, is it essential to start from the source, i.e., the learner. The “voice” of the learner is the focal point of the mission, without which an effective conclusion to and attainment of the final goal would be incomplete. India has the advantage of the ”demographic dividend”

Emphasis should on the interest rather than just on salaries. Every kind of education and skill should be able to take off the question of money from the table. Once people will work on the area of their interest they will work more and will reach new destination. Short cuts should be checked for learning and if they are reducing the quality strong and immediate feedback should be givem. Focus should be on perfection in each task. We have the same approach in villages where needs are in control.
