Of India assisted project was launched by the Prime Minister’s of India and Bhutan on April 30, 2010 on the sidelines of the SAARC summit in Bhutan. The difference is to help Build Nation through donations in this fund, and help ideas to be implemented through Prime Minister National Building Fund. This Fund should be utilize for poor and needy to take admission in IIT, Medical or like expensive and unaided courses by making full payment through Prime Minister National Building Fund.
