We need specific job still development certificate programs with practical exposers. And only certified technician should be allowed to do respective jobs. INDIA+INNOVATION(I+I=II=WE) These both words are more genuine because it can change the entire look of India because innovation have more practically solution of all causes.Today we need skills like innovator which can transform India into truly Incredible so the institutions should have to take practically submission not old style submission of any projects, concepts like examinations not focused on questions and answer ,it should be taken by submitting a real time concepts and solutions.

Skill development of any person should start from the school level. Now-a-days number of corporate schools is increasing and quality if education is decreasing. A student's prosperity is being narrowed down only to studies by parents and schools. They are being kept in schools from early morning till late night wherein the students lack social exposure. Awareness programs should be arranged on this and govt. should look after the timings and availability of at least a playground in each school.

I think Driving is it Self Skill. Traffic Rules shd be teach as a skill in higher statandards. We r neglating this skill . Think deeply. If we teach driving and trafic rules in higher standards, ( after 16- at the time at learning driving license) Its best skill and every body need this in life. Take Driving as a Skill

" Steve Jobs' vision of a "computer for the rest of us" sparked the PC revolution and made Apple an icon of American business. But somewhere along the way, Jobs' vision got clouded -- some say by his ego -- and he was ousted from the company he helped found. Few will disagree that Jobs did indeed impede Apple's growth, yet without him, the company lost its sense of direction

I believe in the system that during any education, on hand training module must be developed. It may be possible that different module used by different institutions, but it should be mandatory & it must be checked during school/ college/institute registration. After professional degree students must go to interior areas of the country with their new thoughts & they have to work min. one year in any of the cottage or small scale industries to give their value addition based on their education.

I do not know much about how to participate in this. But here I came across this, where they are telling about developing skills for employ-ability. I am attaching this PDF file, it may be that someone has already posted it here. This is the link URL[http://www.imove-germany.de/cps/rde/xbcr/imove_projekt_de/p_iMOVE_Succes_Stories_India_2011.pdf]
