I mean there is no minimum entry level qualification required like Graduation or Higher Secondary certification etc. India Need to have District level skill development institues and they should focus on skills locally required rather than standard Govt Prescribed courses all over India.

Most of the climbers are earning Rs. 6,000 to 8,000/month in addition to income from regular farm-related work.
