Have no words to appreciate this thought, which is vital for social well being of people as well as involving them in the field they are passionate about. India has very large population, high quantum of below poverty people but this potential is not well utilized to create quality outputs and products. Few of the areas, where potential can be tapped are discussed in the attachment

if we analyse Germany is the top leader in terms of Skilled work force, it is the only reason because of their dual education system . Until and unless skill development will start from school level, we cannot produce a good skill force for our country. To begin with at least we can make one day compulsory Industry linkage and wherever it is not possible prototypes should be available.I am attaching successful German Model PDF( video could nt be uploaded due to on supportability if need i may

Taking clue from US, where admission to any skill based education is open to any body. I mean there is no minimum entry level qualification required like Graduation or Higher Secondary certification etc. India Need to have District level skill development institues and they should focus on skills locally required rather than standard Govt Prescribed courses all over India.

The University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Coconut Development Board, and Krishi Vigyan Kendras have come together to train rural youth to climb coconut trees using specially devised gadgets. Most of the climbers are earning Rs. 6,000 to 8,000/month in addition to income from regular farm-related work. Dr. M S Swaminathan Research Foundation has also initiated this in Pasupthikoil villge, Thanjavur, where climbers include women.

Skill is very important part of our success. If you skill then you can go ahead in your life but how do we know about our skill? When this question my arise then asnwer bhi humre pass hota h.The main thing is you have to search in yourself. But teacher is play an important role in our life he is the person who know us very well and he also know in which field we are good and perfect.He tells us about our skill and also help us to improve our skill as well as knowledge.

SITE IN GANESHPURA,GUJRAT, WOMEN VANALAXMI GROWERS COOPERATIVE Through the cooperative, the women systematically planned how to make optimum use of the available land employing a multi-faceted approach. Through partnering with the local Research Station of Gujarat Agriculture University for technical assistance, they were able to maximize production and income by using scientific agriculture practices, including horticulture, agro-forestry, drip irrigation, compost pits, and rainwater harvest.

I think if the government of India gives me a chance to explain my project it would definitely lead to a revolutionary change in electricity generation and would definitely lead to less scarcity of electricity.
