We have a lot of examples where people have proved that imparting education is not the only solution to success but one should have interest in what he does. I would say, rather than just dividing students after 10th based on there scores, it is useful to make it open for all students to choose whatever they are interested in. Mere getting scores should not decide their career. Skill is something that comes from heart and what your mind wants to learn and not what your scores decided for you.

When some of us realized about our hidden talent , it was too late to cultivate it...so first task of parents is to explore da hidden talent of.their children. .Then students should be encouraged in the school to show their skill through their creation..so development of skill in case of.children greatly depends upon the surrounding.
