Value addition training for women in food items- Food mentor can train willing members to learn new skill sets in marketable food preparation. Beyond lijjat like structure could be created. Marketing mentor can guide them to sell their products in market. Micro enabling ecosystem can be created in every village.Sourcing of raw materials, hygiene preparation and packing and marketing it to consumer could be intervened.Once the predictable model is done corporate mentor guide and link them.

1. Starting from Class 11, there should be Skill Development Courses offered to students.2. All Engineering Colleges should have electives in Skill development starting from the 1st year itself. The nature and level of training should be set by the companies that will like to employ these young engineers.3. All Companies should compulsorily have to hire apprentices (with or without pay). The no of interns depends on turnover of the co. This way all engineering students will receive training

6. The REGULATOR should have members from the Corporates on a rotational basis. 7. Public Awareness Campaigns should be held to promote the SKTC's and also urging the public to only employ or hire CERTIFIED WORKERS for the particular skill

1. The SKTC's should employ Retired Skilled Workers who will be more than happy to train the workers of NEW INDIA. This way we also respect our Senior Citizens who have given us so much. 2. Details of the Retired or Retrenched workers can be obtained from Companies themselves. 3. These SKILLED persons should be respectfully and suitably rewarded. 4. SKTC should not be owned by Companies but by entrepreneurs and SKILLED workers themselves

6. Companies & Govt. Deps should yearly submit their rating and opinion of the SKTC's to the Regulator. If the SKTC is found lacking, they should be first warned and if unsuccessful their license should be revoked and auctioned again. 7. The Govt should create a digital database of all SKTC Certified individuals, with their details. This should be available online to all. This will help people to get employment opportunities. 8. 1. Set up a SKILL CERTIFICATION REGULATOR. This organization sets up strict parameters and examination criteria for SKILL TRAINING CENTERS (SKTC) 2. Govt should then Auction Licenses in each city depending on the population. This will mean several thousand centers all over the country. 4. The training & examination should be very tough. This will bring out the best. 5. New law requiring Companies, Govt Deps to only hire certified workers

Priority skills are Welding, Pipe fitting, mill wright fitter, plumbing, carpenter, mason, mechanic, electrician, soldering & brazing, heavy equipment operators, rigging, safety, computer operation and maintenance.

Organized tea vending and tea leaves selling has ability to develop 300-500 micro job in every district. We have developed the concept and tested the pilot for two years. It could be scaled up. I see dna of salt andolan in tea.
