I have selected some 10th class failed people who are willing to learn & work and taught them some simple works by doing myself and allow/force them to do the same work over & over many a times for many a days till they become habitual of the work. When i developed the skill in them ,now each one of them earns 8lac+ PA.the point here is not much of knowledge but the skill. The skill is developed simply by doing the same work over & over again till he performs it even unconsciously

Every institute imparts required knowledge to handle a specialized work, but not given adequate opportunity to do the work of his own under supervision in his institute .Hence skill is not developed in him , so irrespective of his academic marks employ an individual for 6 months at monthly styfund & give him more work & Exposer at his work.SKILL IS DEVELOPED BY DOING THE SAME WORK OVER & OVER AGAIN .
