Three things to be noticed in any employment exchange infrastructure, staff morale, and information. All the above are lacking in the employment exchanges I have set my foot into in the last month. Staff lack basic morals like humanity, using harsh words is a fashion in there. Information is out of bounds anyway. Infrastructure is worst at times, no stationary and seating space for woman and challenged people. These when changed, employment exchange might be worth a visit. Else there is no hope

Staff at an employment exchange recently mentioned that the amount of jobseekers coming to the exchange have drastically reduced due to lack of competence of staff, and information is available on the Internet. I recommend that every state got to create a digital employment exchange. And also implement food for labour scheme(which is one if the biggest scams in India, where people just sign up and don't do any work get money, go to someother job after an hour)

R/Sir, My Observation is on Employment: In India many religion are live from this religion many students have knowledge in many field but they not get job the reason of not get job in my thinking is Reserved. So which student have skill or knowledge in any fieldwork but they have no job because he have no Good Marks in Degree which he study or Some Students have no good marks but they get job because of Reservation. If we finish this Reserved Seat then Unemployment is decrease. **JAI HIND**
