I personally visited the Jabalpur Employment Exchange yesterday. I have noticed that job seekers lacks confidence, and there are unaware of the actual facts that a employment exchange provides. Most of the students/job seekers come to employment exchange just because they are told, that for appearing for an government exams, they should be enrolled with the exchange. Thats the only reason i believe that most of job seekers/students are registering with the employment exchange.

I visited Kakinada Employment exchange my observation is: some students are enrolling their names.most of them dont have confidence that they can give opportunity. Mu suggestion is strengthen employment exchanges by linking all the training centers and job providers to the exchange, private or government job should be fulfilled by exchange,NSDC programme also to be attached to exchange in East godavari VIKASA in collectorate is playing good role in recruitment.
