An Job seeker First should register them self in Employment Exchange Portal of respective state. Fill up Required Qualification details, The desired Job field according to qualification, and There should be no partiality of providing in Job to Student/job seeker. There has to be some slab for student in their academic excellence. High graded student gets job easily but the Lower and Middle level Always find them self in struggling position, so we need to have focus on those job seeker as well

Majority of the people are not aware of what is Employment Exchange and duties of Employment Exchange officers. There should be some publicity in the media or at least 1 or 2 session in the graduation school\collages.

Ghazipur employment exchange- Scope of improvement- 1. Instead of just filling the form person should be tested on skill sets he is claiming. Feed back could be given immediately. 2.Counseling could the part of Exchange and not just data entry 3. Advice and suggestions for matching skill sets and industry required parameters. 4. Facilitation for skill gap up gradation. 5. Attach them with mentors volunteers and practical hands on trainings. 6. Exchange could work as skill India depository(SID)

TO BE EMPLOYED BY THE EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR SO MANY YEARS AND THIS IS GONNA WASTE A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY.SO THE EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGES SHOULD BE SPONTANEOUS IN ITS FUNCTION.

Improve production in all parts of country like CHINA so that all youth will engange in work instead of useless mobile holders and internet users. It will keep health good.

Link all employment exchange with internet so that all job seekers could access it easily. Let Exchange come to active mode. Make special arrangements for widows who feel difficult to survive as no earning source. WORK FROM HOME SYSTEM FOR USING HOUSE WIVES TALENTS. They can learn share markets, small jobs.

I visited employment exchange in darbhanga(Bihar) ,first of all it is very far from city so maximum number of job seekers could not reach there.Basic infrastructure is also not good.I would like to suggest that all the employment exchange in India should be smart on the basis of technology ,job information and basic infrastructure.They should have more numbers of job opportunities like private job consultancies,so that they could be beneficial for job seekers and can give better results .

Service sector is big hub for job creation. All the services requirement of the society shall be registerd and shall be done by the registered person only. Every services may be it be domestic or industrial or social or government shall be done by the registered person only. This will enhance the job opportunity for larger group of people. Ex. Ironing cloth shall be done by registered person. Washing car shall be done by Registered person. This will evolve larger job opprtunity.

No employment help / suggestions / programs / orientation planned or suggested Suggestions – 1. Need digitization 2. Need Compulsion to have Employment exchange regis
