The Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY) is proposing a national programme to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. The vision of Digital India is centred on three key areas, namely by providing digital infrastructure as a utility to every citizen, providing governance & services on demand and digital empowerment of citizens. This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for Digital India initiative. The last date of submission is 1st September 2014. The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000.

My logo Digital India reflects three is centered on and reflects three key areas : 1) Digital infrastructure and utility to every citizen of India from Northern India to Southern India and from Eastern India to Western India. In logo it is shown by 4 circle shapes placed at 4 directions ; 2)Govt and service on demand is shown by white lines originating from center (govt) towards every direction and third is 3) digital empowerment of citizen.This logo would be the best representation for digital

Design derived from.. Indian national flower.. Lotus is softest and purest.. resembles INDIA , culture and people..
