There is an agency in Netherlands (www.cbi.eu) which trains upcoming SMEs in developing countries into Europe. CII, EEPC, FICCI etc should tie up with CBI (Netherlands) to train all SMEs in India to bring them upto world standards.

bangalore,mumbai,delhi...etc ....produce lakhs of tonnes of e waste...if we process them, we get gold, silver,copper,rare elements...which can reduce india 's gold imports by 80%, creating laks of jobs....and we can also EXPORT GOLD if we recycle properly, instead of importing...plz see this images..

The Moment of Truth We are 10-15 times behind in per capita national income compared to advanced nation. In terms of purchase parity it will be 5-6 times lower. To achieve the level playing field with the G7 countries we don't have to necessarily raise our income 10 times. If we can double it at the current prices and parity we could be far far ahead. Policies adopted in USA:- 1). Emergency Unemployment Compensation. 2). Targeted tax rebate. 3). Investments in teachers and schools. 4). Infrastructure investment. 5). Aid to state governments. A PDF is hereby attached with the details of US govt. and how they have tackled the problem.
