The retirement age should be decreased up to minimum 55 except some fields like judiciary,administration etc. due to this the working speed will increase in government offices because young people have enthusiasm and stamina for working long hours and today our country also need youth's talent(enthusiasm ,ideas,stamina) for developing itself and become digital.and a young man can handle the digital instruments better than a old man

below in brief:: ""circular economy, how recycling creates jobs??"".. a small portion of recycling plant,(see how many are working work like grading,sorting, etc),.. and gold medal made from e waste thru recycling...when we adapt, 'c.e.' , nothing is wasted, so raw materials saved, less tranport, less fuel consumption, less pollution,...more cleanliness..tourism develops,(indirect jobs from recycling, main reason why we lag in tourism)

At least 40% of development work i.e infra building to be done by MREGS pay to labour to b give on quantity of work they done instead of daily wages while making estimate of perticular work that to b separate with Material n Wages n entire money should b distributed by cheques.quality control of work to b done by center govt in order to avoid repeat work n expenses on same work

1. encourage corporate style of agriculture. my yield my price concept. job opportunity at rural level will turn the tables of Indian fortune.

2.encourage electronic big giants to come and manufacture their products in India.

3. concentrate on defence related manufaturing by encouraging PPP model in India.

4. encourage river and sea transport. this will create jobs in large numbers both in the river transport and security department.

5. Sports is another segment.

5.In usa most of the students have demat account so in india also there should be a free demat account must be opened by the bank for the students and they should be influenced to have contribution towards their economic development
