(1) Teacher's ACR should be De-linked from result of the class (2) Home center for board exams should be abolished As promotions are based on ACR and ACR is based on results. This forces Teachers to willfully allow mass copying at exam centers which is further fueled by HOME CENTER

Different kinds of industry have different needs. Similarly, different individuals have different abilities to develop skills. But, all industries have the same motive- efficiency, innovation and profit. All individuals have the same incentive- increasing income, employment guarantee and social security. Thus, skill development in India can be led by balance of incentives from both the sides. In this short submission, I attempt to provide 10 policy changes- that impact significantly.

1. Every listed company in India should be given responsibility to develop skill in 500 youth in a year nearby their industry under CSR. 2. Government Skill development collages should be opened aimed at providing hands on experience to youth through collaboration with industry. 3. Make amendments in FDI polices and make foreign companies responsible for developing skill in Indian youth. 4. Provide tax benefit to those companies who are actively take part in skill development.
