We should do a survey regarding Industrial requirement and based on that ITI should deliver technicians.Gov should ask industries to submit their manpower requirement . Employment offices should start functioning again to cater such needs. requirement and availability should be available at employment office's website.

I have studied many posting on Skill Development on this site. I give below a summary of my very brief actionable assessment of all that is there in this website.

Allow multi degree / diploma eligibility. Redesign Degree and PG courses like BA, B.COM, B.Sc., M. Com, MBA with compulsory employment of 2 months every year. Alternatively, Sandwich courses. Remove the upper limit of Degree completion for students

Change minimum age act for Education Institutions: - Minimum 6 years complete for first standard, 16 for PUC/11th, 18 years for Degree/diploma. No established education institute will be allowed create Nursery/ Preschools / Crèche (This will be reserved for unorganized sectors like Individuals / Bachat Gats)

Encourage direct to customer sales of agricultural produce by streamlining “The Middleman Act”. Create Agriculture Produce Marketing/Sales based Centers for every Taluk. Complete with Infrastructure and minimal fees. Create Mobile vans for Sales with (PMRY) type funding. Funding only for unorganized sectors like Individuals / Bachat Gats.
