The relevant information and insights received from this task can be sent to the concerned industries, help in ITI and other relevant curricula and can be utilized in various reports being prepared by the concerned departments.

We should do a survey regarding Industrial requirement and based on that ITI should deliver technicians.Gov should ask industries to submit their manpower requirement . Employment offices should start functioning again to cater such needs. requirement and availability should be available at employment office's website.

9. Create Central assessment and certification body through which every private sector employees can be certified and employed. Skill enhancement stages to be defined. 10. Allow multi degree / diploma eligibility. Redesign Degree and PG courses like BA, B.COM, B.Sc., M. Com, MBA with compulsory employment of 2 months every year. Alternatively, Sandwich courses. Remove the upper limit of Degree completion for students

10 policy changes to spur skill development:- 1. Make on the Job training must for engineering, Professional, Degree courses must. OTJ / Articleship Training minimum 1+ year for degree and 6+ months for diploma with minimum pay. 2. Promote Traditional craftsman (like Potters, basket weavers) with seed/working capital and marketing sale support through every dist. HQ Market Place (like Anaz Mandi)

10 policy changes to spur skill development:- 1. Ban Malls/Organized sector from dealing into Vegetables/Fruits/ non packaged non branded Agri Produce, 2. Change minimum age act for Education Institutions: - Minimum 6 years complete for first standard, 16 for PUC/11th, 18 years for Degree/diploma. No established education institute will be allowed create Nursery/ Preschools / Crèche (This will be reserved for unorganized sectors like Individuals / Bachat Gats)

10 policy changes to spur skill development:- 1. Scrap temporary employment act, reintroduce mandatory Probation act. 2. Encourage direct to customer sales of agricultural produce by streamlining “The Middleman Act”. Create Agriculture Produce Marketing/Sales based Centers for every Taluk. Complete with Infrastructure and minimal fees. Create Mobile vans for Sales with (PMRY) type funding. Funding only for unorganized sectors like Individuals / Bachat Gats.

We have read that with 4lack employees 85lacks family survey taken at telengna in one day.Similareay, with existing post office like central govt officials and teachers of state government a detailed survey can be taken all India level to know the existing around 30cr family and their background to remove fake entries and plan exactly the need.Sameway various types of waste lands available across country can be surveyed to plan the profitable plants that be grown with existing water-man resource
