1. Establish 'Skill Exchanges' entrusted with the task of matching supply centers of skills (training institutes etc.) with demand centers (e.g. industries, communities). These exchanges should harmonize and standardize skill descriptions, proficiency levels, and evaluation tests. These could be run on commercial basis (charging fees from demand centers or demand entities) to cover costs and allowing expansion. These may be funded by industry \ communities \ social sector funding

FCI is cost inefficient only because of huge payments made to departmental workers at a imaginary high rate and idle wages. Once it is checked, FCI will definitely be cost efficient since many of the officials are sincere and honest . The role of Railway and RPF personals in rail movement of FCI's food grain rakes is also not encouraging which needs correction.

Registration of Institute should be done when they follow all norms and Recognition should be given only after following norms for consistently for 5 years. Till then they can be attach to university for scrutiny. During recognition everything should be checked and if found guilty, that university should be punished severely by demoting its status. It would stop fake recognition. What is happening today is a collage is opened in one room and they start many courses. Now you can imagine the quality.

Our university are merely Degree distributors in arts subject mostly.Country don't need humanitarian degrees much.Universities/collages should change their focus to technical courses and researches on technology instead of humanitarian courses. Its always govt. decides where it is going and what type of man power it wants in coming years. It may ask universities/collages to develop that type of man power . University should design course according to industry needs. Needs changes so course also.

Teach this mind maths and science hard and tell (not teach) about great history/geography and people of India up to class 10th. Now you have created a child who has a clear vision conti...
