Any activity done with intrinsic motivation & potential will lead towards success. Before entering into any technical or professional course IQ/Abilities should be considered along with school marks. No one knows after SSC/HSC/ Degree What Next? Due to this most of the youngsters are studying directionless with an aim to get job & wasting life. So making provision of Educational & Vocational Guidance & Counselling thru every District Employment Exchange in a Professional Way is highly essential.

According to DOPT norms some higher level positions are always reserved for inviting applications on deputation. DGET & State DET's should reserve some higher level posts like DDG, Director, JD, Principal, etc & invite the Scientific Officers involved in Research & Development activities that is from DRDO, MSME, NITTTR, CLRI, IITs & Dept of Science & Technology. They may be useful for creating research atmosphere in ITIs & we will get proper guidelines for progress of VET in the right direction.

Grasping level of ITI trainees is very low. Blackboard, PPT, Films, Animations, etc Teaching & Learning Aids are less effective for ITI. So for effective understanding & longer retaining ITI's should use Learning Aids like - 1. Actual Objects & their Cut Sections 2. Motorised Working Models 3. Effective Demonstration Performance by the Instructional Staff like Chef 4. Imitation/First Trial Job by the individual Trainee 5. Finally, on site live Repetition of the job by the individual trainee.

Considering the financial background & day-to-day difficulties of the ITI's, we need to follow Professional Approach. All the ITI's should be converted into Production/Service-cum-Trg Centres for Self-Sustainability as well as to provide more & more on site live practice to the trainees which will lead towards perfect skill development due to more practice. If we aim at excellent skill development useful for "Entrepreneurship Development" then at least we can produce "Industry Ready Talents".
