To create a skilled india , we need to identify true intelligence and not emotions, there is a need to abolish the reservation system in all field of education and employment, especially in field of medicine and engineering where quality matters. The indian mind is not second to anyone in world. Then how can we expect to compete in world if we dont let the sharpest minds come foreward. My suggestions- abolish reservation + open new colleges and primary level school for backward caste and tribes

And the 3to6 montn teaining will counted as experience then it will must help the freshers students to get initial job.

Today so many engineering students are passing from various college but only 20% of them are geting jobs but rest are unemployed. If they applied to the private company the first ask them have u any experience just you think how a fresher have experience. The gov have ao many skill development institution like IDTR IGTR and so on which provide the training certificate but if govt made industrial training compulsary in every institution and that training is between 3 to 6 month.
