4. Bring in IIT's or top notch engineering schools to develop solutions for the identified problems. 5. Set up water recycling plants for the industries which are dumping waste water in to Ganga 6. Create Shram Daan programs. Identify actions and how can people participate 7. Set up Ganga Monitoring System. To enforce cleanliness policy and also detect any pollutant intrusion.

1. Central govt. should involve all the states that are impacted by "clean Ganga project" on any/ all policy matters. 2. After brainstorming and developing a plan, govt should bring a bill in the parliament telling the country how it intends to what. Provide sufficient funding (in the budget) and a plan of action to generate the money being spent on the project. 3. Make list of do's and don'ts (like airport, these items are permitted and these are not)

1. Ban cutting of trees along the banks of the river. 2. Revive forests along the river. 3. Regulate sand mining. 4. Declare no go areas in sensitive areas for activities such as fishing to revive ecosystems. 5. Ban concretisation of the catchment areas of the river. 6. Clean tributary rivers and streams. 7. Create awareness among youth through activities and competitions such as poster making, poetry writing and graffiti 8. Build toilets along populated stretches 9. Provide dustbins

1. Proper sewage system. 2. Special task force for the cleaning of the river Ganga and task force have the authority to penalize peoples who are polluting Ganga. 3. Proper toilets, bathrooms at all the sacred places nearby Ganga. 4. Aware people about the importance of Ganga through media (TV, Radio, newspaper, etc.). 5. The villages lies on the bank of Ganga, should make a committee, who will aware villagers about the importance of Ganga.

1) To make Ganga cleaner we have to stop making it m dirtier that is only possible by introducing strict policies on releasing the amount of chemical pollution by industries. 2) Major issue can be solved by banning immersion(visarjan) of holy statues made of PoPs(non-biodegradable plaster) - only eco friendly statues should be allowed. (It is a huge step but the citizens will have to brace it). 3) For offerings in the river we need to setup a filter near the each ghat to contain it before it
