--2.one more aspect is there seems to be hardly any interaction between research institutes ,universities and the industries. It is suggested to have regular interaction among both so that industries or budding industries can know what they can chose for their make in India plans. There is also a need to have full project feasibility reports with prospects, world n Indian scenerio, likely quantum of investment, profitability, payback period . These are very important. Universities heads, VC, directors can also take intiative to invite industries, n share their work rather than asking them to scroll thru their respective websites for any such information. Sir. It is felt that this is the missing link in our entire set up as well as working styles. Scientists also may feel dejected ,inspite doing hard work it doesn't get proper attention . Dear Narendra Modi Sir, I would like to have a talk on modern education system. India is lagging behind because of its education system. Our colleges and Universities are far behind then world. I am in GTU board college and it teaches consepts and technology which have extincted 10 years ago. We have most powerful brains in the world and if they are given proper education we would get a great advantage. Many countries which developed their education system are developing alot. By only changing the subjects and topics in it would make a big difference. Thank you.

On the onset would like to suggest following issues related to scale up, skill n make in India concepts. Sir, our universities, national n regional research institutes, IITs. MITs scientists work hard , publish many papers n also get patents on various products, processes, but due to lack of further facilities at their work place only table top studies n sometimes some scale up are carried out.As a result such important patents don't inspire industries to adopt it or help them for setting up such facilities. Ss a result such innovative research, patents only remains on papers don't generate revenue which can further encourage scientists studies are carried out, if I am not wrong. There are no such facilities like multiple use pilot plants, industrial trials .As a result industries hardly look for such new processes, products.

My name is Savita Bhavikatti from karnataka just wanted to make a note on minimum use of plastic which has become a hazard to mankind to remove and replace it by some other material some people and even government has taken large measure to remove plastic but still we use plastic in all the way possible and I think by taking small measures also we can make some difference I am student and I use 3to 4 pens of black and blue colour pen each month i.e 96 to 100 pens in a year so my opinion is inspite of using these many pens which are maid by plastic we should use refills but nowadays refills are not been sold properly and because of which we are overusing these The number given above was of just one student it may look a very small thing but when we obtain the numbers considering all the students in India we come across the real fact
