Sir, We all know that government officials do not work at full potential. They need to be paid bribe to do their work. I request that all applications must reach government through online portals only and the government officials should be responsible for delay in process. Another idea is to make the officials pay fine or reduce fees if the work is not done in stipulated time like most of the Pizza deliveries, on time or free. We suffer most as all government officials are not answerable. This should also apply to construction and other PWD works. The official should be responsible for poor quality of work done by the contractor. We have roads made which cracks within few months. Bridges collapse in few years. Unless the sanctioning officers are not held responsible this will never improve.
