Stopping Land grabbing solutions - 1) Any person / builder grabs land, then his all property should be sealed till the court gives verdict. This will discourage them / others to do such act in future 2) Even his / her family should be deprived of their home temporarily, till this issues is solved. Let them stay in hotel / some other rented place meanwhile. Why should they enjoy life inspite of grabbing land 3) If he loses case, then his property should be sold, to give all expenses to other party like - Legal, Rental, Mental agony compensation, govt expenses etc 4) If he win case, then govt can give back their temporarily sealed property & similarly amt to be charged on other party 5) If builder has build building on grabbed land, then all unsold flats to be taken by govt, & sold in open market. Such amt can be given for local infra development & part given to land owner 6) If builder build on govt land, then it should be treated as govt colony like Mhada

My petition is that the government jobs are very limited India since many unemployment person who are educated but low marks detain their way to get govt. jobs since they have certificates of education and also age problem the age limit must be increase I mean the age limit approximately 40 - 42 years since others states have rights to upper age limit which is 40 or more. Government should give direct government jobs whereas peon, clerk or accountant. And process of joint are common and normal. Just see certificate verification and after that give job training and start salary with permanent position when on training since the job seeker do not loss this opportunity and he will dedicate with full determination and faithful for this wonderful opportunity. Justice system modernization - 1) Digitization / online system of all documentation, FIR etc 2) Delegation of minor civil cases to new team / REAR etc. Eg. In any minor civil case, any new judge / HC lawyer can solve it 3) Like RERA, there should be one body for following, who are specialized to deal such issues - like for Financial Dispute authority (FDA), Traffic Regulatory Authority (TRA) etc 4) Lok Adalat system can be expanded. May be once in a month it can hold each districts 5) In cities, there should be Lok Adalat office near Municipality. Office should be operational daily to solve minor issues. It's verdict should be treated as judicial verdict (like RERA) & similarly anyone can approach higher court if required 6) Under trials should be given automatic bail if they have crossed 50% of the term of the crime they are accused of 7) if under trials are proven non guilty, govt should compensate them some monetary amount to survive etc etc
