Doubling/Trebling of Farmers Income:- The Govt should on mass scale provide scheme for encircling/fencing / making boundary of Agricultural Land to Farmers. Boundary can be of steel or metal or other materials. It will ensure protection of crops from cows , ox, wild animals, etc. The Farmers can grow crops that fetches high mkt price. This will increase their living standards. More than 80% of Farmers have less than 2 acres land in India. This one step will also ensure win in UP Election.
