Respected Sir, मैं रवि रंजन कुमार para militely Force का एक सदस्य हूँ। मेरा suggestion यह है कि जब भी हमारे Force Members (BSF,CRPF, ITBP.SSB,AR) के जवानों का NDRF में deputation के दौरान promotion आता है तो उनके concerned organization से Next Blow Rule (NBR) माँगने की प्रथा है जिस प्रथा में कम से कम 60 दिन लग जाता है जबकि कभी-कभी 3 महीना से उपर भी लग जाता है। जबकि हमारे जवानो को 20-२२ साल के इंतजार के बाद पदोन्नती आती है और इस दौरान वे राष्ट्रीय आपदा मोचन बल (NDRF) मे deputation पे कार्यरत रहते है जबकि वो जवान का policy के अनुसार Medical SHAPE-I और Dig/Vigilance clear है फिरभी जबतक उस जवान का NBR नहीं आता है उसे रैंक नहीं लगता है । अत प्रधानमंत्री जी से अनुरोध है इस प्रथा को खत्म किया जाए और जिस दिन जवान का पदोन्नती आती है उसी दिन उस को रैंक लगाया जाए। धन्यवाद प्रधानमत्री जी।
