I am a framer and my submission to take the farming to the next level is i want to do a soil testing, water testing, pest management, proper crop management with adequate level of fertiliser management etc by using mobile app to connect with the necessary agencies. If i take a snap of the crop the concerned agency or AI should tell me the crop status and needed fertilizer application. If i take a snap of the pest attacked crop, i should get the pesticide advise from the concerned department or AI. I would like to do a scientific level of farming by optimising the resources.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरा नम्र निवेदन यह है की हमारा भारत देश वर्ष 1947 मे स्वतंत्र हुआ। तब से आज तक प्रतिवर्ष 15 अगस्त को स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर वर्तमान प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा देश की राजधानी दिल्ली मे लालकिले की प्राचीर से तिरंगा झण्डा फहराया जाता है। इस विषय मे मेरा नम्र निवेदन यह है की भारत के प्रधानमंत्री सम्पूर्ण देश के प्रधानमंत्री है और यदि देश का प्रधानमंत्री प्रति वर्ष 15 अगस्त के अवसर पर देश के पूर्व-पशिम-उत्तर-दक्षिण भाग मे सिथित किसी भी एतिहासिक स्थान/स्थल/भवन/इमारत से प्रतिवर्ष बदल-बदल के तिरंगा झण्डा फहराए तो यह न केवल सम्पूर्ण देश को एकता के सूत्र मे बांधने का काम करेगा बल्कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री को सामान्य जनमानस के और भी निकट ले जाने का कार्य करेगा और सामान्य जनमानस को भी ये लगेगा की केंद्र की सरकार उनसे दूर उनसे अलग कोई दिल्ली की सरकार नहीं है वो उनकी अपनी सरकार है। कुछ देश विरोधी ताकते जो सामान्य जनमानस को ये बोलकर अलगाववाद की और ले जाने का प्रयास करते है की दिल्ली की सरकार उनसे अलग है, उनसे दूर है, प्रधानमंत्री जी का यह कदम उनके प्रयासों को भी विफल करेगा।

Child Care Leave can be granted to women employees having minor children below the age of 18 years, for a maximum period of 2 years this benefit is for government employees, why not for other employees working on contract basis. Respected Sir, I wanted to convey that the attendance systems in colleges all over India should be changed. The old method of book attendance should be changed to face recognition or Biometric recognition (no need for card recognition). Attendance should be taken every 2 or 3 hours regularly. In that way, students may not be able to cut classes. This method is used in several industries and companies to maintain regularity for the members. It is an effective method of maintaining attendance. Note: 75% attendance should be made mandatory for writing the end-semester examination.
