Haldia Municipality has started the citizen consultation for Pan City Smart Solution and area based development by organizing discussion with Citizen at various level. A list of Smart solution bas been identified through the citizen participation by organizing essay writing competition and suggestion collections through drop box. Various organizations, Schools, Colleges, Industries, Social workers and Volunteers participated in the drive.

This initiative paid off by collecting one 3500 suggestions. Municipality has organized mobile van to interview citizen’s sentiment for smart city. This has been posted in mygov.in discussion forum as well.

Further to discuss the Smart solutions for Pan City and Area based Development of Haldia, a Talk Show is being organized on 29th October 2015 at Rabindra Nazrul Mukta Mancha at Haldia, where a congestion of about 3000 people expected as in the pre text of “Vijaya Sammelan” this talk show is being organized.

The prominent speakers for this Talk show are as follows:
