Every child born in India whosoever he/she is, is asset of nation socially as well as financially, nation must have this as motto. Everything that needs to grow needs grooming. As such child born in lower category/privileged reservation category must be financially adopted by the nation and bare all financial expenses of child restricted to two children from he/she is able to attend school and groomed them such, they don’t need impractical privileged reservation can challenge world on their own.

Companies should come forward under company social responsibilities (CSR) scheme and help nation, in return nation should allow such legitimate expenses under Income Tax or give incentive to volunteer.
NATION WILL SEE INCREDIBLE GROWTH IN NEXT GENERATION.
Corruption, incapacity, incapability etc etc …….. are baby of the nation

Reservation policy in education and jobs has now become incurable diseases, which is now increasing day by day by politicians just to lure voters. I believe the best reservation policy would be if that is given on purely on financial basis and that too after doing proper assessment of person seeking it.

I feel that we all need the following three things: Know how/ do how and transfer how.
The transfer how is the most important thing and this keeps on changing from children to children and group to group. Disadvantaged group- disadvantaged from different perspectives become more disadvantaged if their needs and background is not taken care of. They need to be taught with examples from their surroundings. language and culture. There is a need to bridge from local to global and this takes time.
