All animals share the planet with us and deserve kindness and compassion. I agree that all humans may not be animal lovers, but they should not be animal haters either. If they dont love animals , then at least they should adopt the policy of LIVE AND LET LIVE. Nowadays, it seems that humans have completely lost the values of tolerance, acceptance, kindness and compassion. As part of several animal groups, everyday I come across innumerable cases of horrific cruelty inflicted towards all kinds of animals who cannot speak up for themselves and are completely at the mercy of humans. No religion teaches violence against animals.
