I would like to highlight the educational innovation of Rahul Parashar, founder/teacher at DLC- The Learning Club, Bhopal. He has developed a unique storytelling-based method for learning English vocabulary. Instead of rote memorisation, he breaks complex words into meaningful parts and transforms them into relatable human/animal characters, visual associations and memorable stories, making difficult vocabulary easier to understand, remember and recall. His approach is a creative grassroots educational innovation with potential to benefit students on a much larger scale. I request the Hon’ble Prime Minister and the Government of India to identify, scientifically evaluate, recognise and support such innovative teaching methodologies and, where proven effective, facilitate their wider dissemination. His innovative methodology and teaching examples are available on Instagram: @rahulparasharofficial.

We have a serious problem of stray dogs in India 1.Annually, around 31,000 rabies deaths occur across Asia, with 20,000 of them in India alone 2.Small children under 10 are an easy target for aggressive dogs 3.Many 2 wheeler accidents are caused by dogs chasing vehicles, leading to injuries and deaths 4.The continuous barking of stray dogs, particularly at night, creates a lot of disturbance, especially for the elderly and sick people 5.Stray dogs contribute to unclean environments by defecating on roads and public spaces 6.India is a global tourist destination, but the sight of aggressive or unhealthy street dogs can deter tourists 7.Stray dogs scavenge from garbage bins, tearing bags apart and spreading litter causing public health issues 8.Apart from rabies, street dogs spread other zoonotic diseases like leptospirosis and tapeworms 9.In some areas, stray dogs attack local wildlife 10.Many people, especially the elderly and children, live in constant fear of dog attacks

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I suggest a Mann Ki Baat theme: how AI can help Indians turn ideas into products that solve real problems. I have experienced this by building 100+ Desi apps and digital products from India using AI, now reaching 1 lakh+ users, across education, productivity, travel, everyday needs, culture and heritage. Temple Story, for example, helps people discover lesser-known temples and stories from our heritage. I also make practical AI learning accessible through my courses at courses.airozgar.com, having taught 30,000+ people, and through my books on AI and innovation. I believe we can inspire “Desi Ideas, AI-Powered Solutions”—encouraging young Indians to identify problems, use AI to build solutions, and create in India for India and the world. This can strengthen Atmanirbhar Bharat by empowering Indians to become creators, not just consumers, of technology. Jai Hind

Millions of students work hard for national and competitive examinations. I would like to suggest that special traffic arrangements be made around examination centres during major examinations. Sometimes VIP/VVIP movement or traffic restrictions cause students to be stopped or delayed, even when they leave home on time. Since examination gates may close strictly at the reporting time, such unavoidable delays can cost a student an entire year. I suggest avoiding non-essential VIP movement on major examination routes during reporting hours and providing alternative routes or special passage for students whenever necessary. No student’s future should be affected by a delay beyond their control. I humbly request you to consider discussing this issue in Mann Ki Baat, so that awareness can be created across the country and appropriate measures can be taken to protect students during examinations. Jai Hind!

Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, I live in Indonesia and whenever I see people here wearing batik clothes with pride to their Country Indonesia I always feel that we should be proud of our own Khadi vastra in India. The main reason for batik clothes being so popular here is that because it has become a dress code for all Government events and people wear this on Fridays though this is not mandatory but it has become an unwritten rule here to wear batik on Fridays. This popularity of batik helps to support the whole batik industry and its supply chain and helps to grow further. I truly believe that Bharat should take this piece of wisdom from Indonesia and support Khadi industry by wearing in all Government events and on Fridays. Now khadi is following the fashion trend and even Gen Z class will be eager to wear khadi if it becomes the viral trend on social media. The whole ecosystem should support Khadi so we get back our lost pride which was started by Mahatama Gandhi ji.

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister, I am R BABU, a second-year CSE (General) student at Saptagiri NPS University, Karnataka. I respectfully suggest expanding structured internships and practical-learning opportunities for students in suitable Central Government agencies. Students in computer science, cybersecurity, cybercrime investigation, forensic science, investigation, law enforcement and technology could benefit from supervised professional exposure. Organisations such as NIA, CBI, forensic institutions and Central Government cybersecurity bodies could, wherever appropriate, offer internships, research opportunities or student-observer programmes in non-sensitive areas. Strict safeguards such as eligibility checks, confidentiality, restricted access and designated mentors can protect sensitive information. Such programmes would connect academic learning with real-world work, develop skilled youth and encourage careers in public service. I request the Government to consider it.

Mumbai’s population has grown significantly over the past few years, but public transport capacity has not kept pace. While Metro projects are under construction, residents of suburban areas such as Thane and Mulund continue to face severe commuting challenges without seeing meaningful benefits yet. It is also concerning that many transport upgrades appear to be focused on South Mumbai, despite commuters in the suburbs having a far greater dependence on public transport.

Why do we have Mann ki Baat only for limited period time? Why can't we have it at regular intervals - having this at state, local and national level? Why is approaching the government so difficult for common man?
