As everyone know that Draught situation is very critical in 11 states. Now government needs to create effective policy for water and waste management for better future. Its equal responsibility of center and state government. Water is invaluable, without water you can't thing for life so please save water. When the rain season starts we have to save the valuable water. This sector generates huge employment. If govt create effective policy than definitely we reduce this issue.

I have seen that the TRIBAL communities of India are naturally blessed with great genes for pursuing sports.so,if corporates can create a sports academy in these areas, India can transform itself into a sporting nation in 10 years time.This i believe can also be a great way to bring youths in troubled areas like maoist affected/Kashmir by giving them a stake in the sporting glory of India.North east India can be a great beneficiary of this policy.Also,it will make india a healthier nation.

The central govt. can start with KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA SPORTS OLYMPIAD/ NAVODAYA VIDYALAYA SPORTS OLYMPIAD/SAINIK SCHOOL SPORTS OLYMPIAD every year to be organised by the respective managing authorities.similarly, all private schools in each state can be encouraged to participate in respective STATE SCHOOL SPORTS OLYMPIAD.Along with that the govt should encourage top 1000 companies of india to create a SPORTS ACADEMY in each & every district of the country, with special focus on Tribal areas.

Dear Mr.Prime minister, I would request you to create a "SPORTING INDIA"policy along DIGITAL INDIA & MAKE IN INDIA, where each and every student(boy/girl) in any school/college/university to take up atleast 1 sport as any integral part of their student life and try to excel in that sport trying to reach atleast till the state level.Both indoor & outdoor sports should be encouraged religiously.There should be a SCHOOL SPORTS OLYMPIAD every year in order to identify potential olympic winners.

Now there is going to be another feather in the cap of Good Governance in the form of Gramoday se Bharat Uday Abhiyaan (14th April to 24th April 2016). The Gram Punchayats would be encouraged to seek participation of all -- young and old people in the activities of development of respective villages. IF THE DEVELOPMENT HAS TO HAPPEN IN TRUE SENSE, IT IS DESIRABLE THAT DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES MUST NOT BE RESTRICTED TO A SELECT GROUP OF THE POPULACE. INCLUSIVE ACTIVITIES IS THE ANSWER.
