If the Government Employees suspended more than 2 times in a year third time they should get dismiss letter not suspension letter then only government and government offices can work well and uncorrupted until then people do suffer, government employees do enjoy by bribed money. My suggestion is that in The Indian Penal Code just like penalty for offences are there so the time frame i.e. the time within which judgement has to be pronounced must be fixed so that complainant and defendant must know that the delaying tactics will hamper their case hence delayed justice is denied justice does not happen.This can be applied for all judiciary matters.
