engineering education should be made more practical a rather than theoretical. we produce largest number of engineers but still lack in innovations that is because we produce theoretical engineers. If students will get practical knowledge they will be comfortable to apply their own logic and this will lead to innovation

I think every man has potential. but they wasting it in waiting for Govt. Job. They are not aware of their inner powers like Hanumanji. It is our bad luck that there is no jamwantji to help people. so get ready to do something don't for anybody. what are your interests make their lists and according that start work. thanks all.

Vocational training in skills like carpentry, plumbing, electrician training, repair of 2- and 4-wheelers etc... done in a structured manner and certified by Government sanctioned bodies will create a huge pool of reliable and efficient workforce to service the increasing number of households in the country. Right now, a majority of this skill force is unorganized and hereditary to alarge extent. With Govt planning to build pucca houses for all by 2022, the role of this work force will be vital.

we are a land of 1.31 billion people, in that 55% people are aged between 25-35, which itself states that how important for the government to ensure that they all (i'm not against remaining 45%) are getting better education, best quality food and Hi-Tech infrastructures for research and development. Being in IT world, I can only say that, INPUT matters a lot when you want a better OUTPUT Now it's a time to write a better program which will give better output to take India to greater heights

There should have equal proportion of work distribution in certain position.Example In India Doctors are doing not only his work but also the work of Pharmacist,Biomedical engineer alone. Means Our system is still old one to accommodate New position like Biomedical engineers in hospital administration. The doctor should more involved with patient and disease & let pharmacist have take care of medicines. And all medical equipment & instrumentation section should have hold of biomedical engineer.

This is in continuation to my previous post. The amount invested in training can be clawed back once the persons are placed into jobs pertaining to the training they received. This skills bank should work in tandem with the employment exchange. Doing this, the government will be creating a bench of resources trained and ready to go. Companies would have first hand information on availability of resources before they start new projects where they would need additional resources.

Analytics skillset using open source technologies such as hadoop, R can play major role. This requires mathematical approach and is not dependent upon English language. This is globally in demand and India lacks low cost training for it currently.

Indian must emphasize on college level skill development as In four year B.Tech or in B.Sc or similar program, we always focused on good marks/grades. If we focus on practical/labs rather than theory (upto some extent is good) that would really make a difference. For ex : In 4 years of B.Tech program, Gov must ensure that 1 year(Final) would focus on Skill Development (Practical/Behavioral), there must be some options as per industry requirements everyone can choose as per their wishes.
