The basic requirement which will make India empowered is the enlightment of Political Knowledge within them.Until and unless each and every youngster is in the synch of Government, the motto will not be achieved. For this cause, both the government and the Youngsters have to step ahead out of their comfort Zone.Government should insure more and more participation of youths in thus teaching them true sense of Politics as well as the Youngsters have to understand the problems of the Government.

Recruitment for CEOs of PSU and Autonomous organistations is made through ACC and thus they shall be treated at par with Govt service, as all Govt. rules and regulations are applicable for day today working. Free hand in handling and decision making is required within the framework of policies. A well defined manual is required to be framed to avoid ambiguity in DoP/ Financial power/ Recruitment etc. As on date all Autonomous bodies in general work as Govt department rather than autonomous body

I think there are 2 types youth growing up in India. One who is studying in IITs NITs management colleges & other famous Universities & schools And One who are leaving schools or never been to school bcoz of some reasons mainly poverty . No doubt India has youth power more than any country and they are leading the world in ITs and other sectors but other side of the story is large section of youth are deprived of employment .This distance should be minimised for development of india as uth power

People of India should once again start swadeshi. Like isi mark or green and red mark for vegetarian and non vegetarian, there should be swadeshi mark on 100 % indian companies products. This shall promote indian manufacturing. People would buy swadeshi even if it is not cheaper. This will boost make in india project and also save foreign exchange.

India has immense youth power and energy. It is just like atomic energy which is destructive as well as constructive. SO youth energy has to be controlled and to be directed in a positive way. It has to be utilized at maximum by providing quality education, developing skill programme from primary level, stopping them from getting trapped into drug addiction and other destructive activities. and another important aspect is establishing moral values in them.

India is said to become the youngest country by 2020 as per one of the news daily. This youth will surely be leading the country tomorrow and should there by change the thinking of whole country by changing the point of view of reservation. Reservation: We should collectively think about it and request for the change of reservation system by giving reservation to those who are below poverty line and those who want to study but can't afford education because of lack of funds.

Today youth are more gullible rather than an asset to our nation, only way youth can be backbone of our indian development and economy can be fullfilled only by providing equal opportunity both in private and government aided sector core judgement should be based only on skills required for job rather than pin pointing there alma mater that can cater from tier1 to tier4 institutions
