I spend about ten years in education field , during this period i learned so many things and tought hundreds of faculty members from various engg. colleges and universities, I recognized the main loop hole in our technical education system that course curriculam is out of date and th's why placement percentile is much low, I have an idea to share with Govt, of India, and thousands of educationists are agree with that one., pleaese let me know how to implement that in India. youth of india is capable to do take india to greater heights, but need a platform, infrastructure which fulfills basic need & requirements( as in sports we are concentrating only in cricket, olympics, hockey & swimming we are not even in competition something is missing in this criteria. one more thing about indian arms forces training is okay but the behavior of officers with the soldiers is like a torchure their are lots of cases where soldiers killed himself or his officer something is wrong

Ithe indian education pattern desigs child to be intellectual; but not teached to be a great human with value thus we hear crime rises &man is affrod of man we must concentration to teach child human value& education as value;knowledge &not to get good jobs;then only we can progress; if a man getting a big job but not having humqn value is equal to a animal having no value ;as a drop of poison infect whole lake thus a bad thing infect whole society thus value must be thought in early ages ;then

1) Upgrade the standards and syllabus of the educational institutes to match with worlds top institutes. 2) Discard the caste reservation system from all sectors 3) Highlight Indian achievements to citizens every day trough media in the form of advertisements 4) Indian patent system need to be more simplified. To my knowledge it takes long time to get Indian patent. 5) All Indian institutes should keep at least 5 year bond for the students to work in India after passing out.

For smooth operating or running a gadget or device, it is necessary that it should be charged, hence it is fulfilled by energy. Same if we see the our country to be top on developing countries, we need to think & focused on energy.India is a region where energy is available in big scale in form of solar energy.E.g. If we install solar panel system on each house of 40 house of a village, then there is no need to be depending upon transformers almost... Solar panel should be at low cost for farmer
