The population of India is very young. One of our key strength is our Human Resource. We have a working population of 63.4% which falls between 15 - 64, as per the 2011 Census. Developing the skills of every individual should start at the school level. We have to change the system of bookish education. The interest of an individual in a specific field of study should be ascertained at the school level and relevant education and training should start in that specific area itself.

Now the time comes that we have to re-think on SC/ST Reservation amendment. Atleast Creamy layer in SC/ST may be amended so that the talented citizen may come forward to use their brain & skill. In Education govt. should support SC/ST in providing Free Books, Exemption in Fee(s) and other benefits but not to exempt in marks criteria or reserve their seats, it should be open for all to stop brain drain in our future India. Thanks to all & spread it as much as possible-Raju Bajpai, Kota

I think NSDC which is the government agency is a fass. They offer loans at 6% and ask the applicants to put in false reports. They expect an unreasonable amount of people to to trained. It was a tool for disbursement of money at 6% interest. Most of the people who got the money, have no clue how to get 70% placement for their students. The body headed by Dilip Chonoy should be scrapped.

Our youths should get sound education in literature along with technical education. Merely commercial and technical education isn't enough. Only value education can build India. Our curricula need to be restructured to suit Indian situation We need entrepreneurs, NOT JOB-SEEKERS. Innovation is the key word to progress.

Provide skills and confidence first. Then remove all the barriers that split them in cast, religions and other groups. Let everyone join hands and have same opportunities. Youth in India is smart for sure and many turn to only money making because their positive energy is not chanelized for better purposes.
